Agreement and eligibility

Guangzhou Shengyan Technology Co., Ltd. operates Transmission 5 Dance AI. These terms govern your use of the service and its paid features. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority where you live. If acting for an organization, you must have permission to bind it to these terms.

What the service provides

Credit purchases add credits to your account. Signed-in users can submit authorized adult photos for generation when the homepage studio is available; each Solo or Duo video uses 10 credits. Buying credits is separate from submitting a generation and does not guarantee a particular result or completion time. Review current availability and the refund policy before purchasing.

Transmission 5 Dance AI uses an external AI provider to create a silent 10-second, 720p portrait dance video. Solo replaces the left foreground dancer and keeps the original partner; Duo replaces both dancers using two photos.

Generation depends on configured storage, available model capacity and the external provider. Availability and rendering time can vary. Audio, template lip-sync, a particular resemblance, exact prompt adherence and watermark-free output are not guaranteed. Public concept stills are illustrative images, not examples of a completed user generation.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and do not share access in ways that bypass usage limits. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Report suspected unauthorized access through support. Account access does not grant administrative privileges or unlimited generation.

Your images, prompts and permissions

You must own or have permission to use each image and prompt you submit. Obtain permission from every identifiable person and confirm that they are adults. You grant the service and its necessary processing providers permission to store, transmit and process your inputs to fulfill your request, present results and handle support or safety issues.

You retain the rights you already hold in your inputs. Any rights in AI output depend on applicable law, the underlying content and relevant provider terms. We do not promise exclusive ownership, copyright protection, uniqueness or clearance for a particular commercial use. Review results and any third-party rights before publishing or selling them.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service to:

• Create unlawful, exploitative, abusive or non-consensual content, including sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Impersonate someone deceptively, facilitate fraud, harassment or identity theft, or misrepresent synthetic content as authentic evidence.
• Infringe copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights, or submit content you lack permission to process.
• Bypass content review, access controls or credit limits, steal credentials, attack the service or interfere with other users.

Requests may be declined or access restricted when necessary to address a breach, security issue or provider restriction. These terms do not remove any consumer rights provided by applicable law.

Credit purchases and generation charges

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not automatically renewing subscriptions. The pricing page and checkout display the applicable product, currency, credit quantity and price. Taxes or payment-provider charges may be shown at checkout. A purchase is fulfilled after payment is confirmed.

Each 10-second Solo or Duo generation costs 10 credits. The interface shows the cost before submission. Credits are reserved and deducted when a generation task is created. Credit balances are service entitlements, not cash, and are not transferable or redeemable for cash except where law or an approved refund requires otherwise. Purchased video packs currently have no configured credit expiry; that does not guarantee indefinite service operation.

A completed generation consumes credits even if its aesthetic result differs from your expectations. A new generation is a new charge. Do not submit a fresh request simply because an existing task is still processing; check its status or contact support.

Failures, payment problems and refunds

Confirmed generation failures return that task's consumed credits. Temporary status errors do not necessarily mean a render failed. If provider acceptance cannot be confirmed, the task and its credit reservation may need support review before resolution.

Credit restoration is separate from a refund of money. For duplicate payments, unauthorized charges, unfulfilled purchases or a cash-refund request, submit the order number through support. We will review the facts, payment-provider rules and applicable consumer law. This service does not promise an automatic cash refund or a fixed refund window. Approved payment refunds may revoke associated credits or entitlements. Nothing here excludes mandatory refund or withdrawal rights that apply to you.

Media access and retention

Task history, uploaded photos and completed results are accessed through account-owned routes. The service uses private storage when configured; provider-hosted intermediate links follow the provider's rules. Provider download links may expire; save completed videos promptly. Uploaded photos become eligible for scheduled deletion seven days after upload; retries may take longer. Completed videos have no fixed deletion schedule. Permanent hosting and recovery of expired links are not included.

Providers, changes and ending access

AI processing is provided through PolarisCore and the relevant model provider, subject to applicable provider restrictions. Provider terms apply to processing by PolarisCore. Payment and other enabled providers have their own applicable terms. Transmission 5 Dance AI is independently operated and is not presented as a service owned or endorsed by those providers.

We may change features or restrict access for operational, safety or legal reasons. Material changes affecting existing paid entitlements will be handled with notice or remedies where required. To request account closure, contact support; the current interface does not provide one-click account deletion. Any required transaction or dispute records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limits, updates and contact

The service and AI results are provided subject to availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that results will satisfy every intended purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before use. Liability exclusions do not apply where prohibited by law, and these terms do not waive mandatory consumer protections.

The date above identifies this version. We will publish revisions here and provide additional notice where appropriate or legally required. Questions, content reports and service disputes can be raised through support or support@transmission5danceai.org.

Automatic full refunds require an unused credit pack; used packs require individual review. Pending refunds pause credit spending until the payment provider confirms the outcome. An externally confirmed refund only removes unspent credits from the affected purchase; other credit packs are not deducted.
