About this policy

Guangzhou Shengyan Technology Co., Ltd. operates Transmission 5 Dance AI. This policy describes how the operator handles information when you visit the website, create an account, purchase credits or request an AI video. It covers our service; external providers have their own policies and contractual obligations.

Information we process

• Account information: your name, email, profile image, authentication credentials and session records. If you use an enabled social login provider, we receive the information needed to authenticate your account.
• Creative content: uploaded images, motion prompts, image URLs, generation settings, task identifiers, status, errors and available video-result URLs.
• Billing records: purchased products, amounts, currency, payment-provider references, order status and credit grants, deductions or restorations. Payment providers handle payment credentials; our application does not store full card details.
• Service and security information: IP address, session device information, request logs and account activity needed to operate and secure the service. At signup, we may record referral information, campaign parameters, language and an approximate country supplied by the hosting platform.
• Support information: ticket messages and attachments you send us. Do not include passwords, API keys or payment-card details in a ticket.

Why we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, generate videos, show task history, process credit purchases, maintain accurate balances, answer support requests and investigate failures, fraud or abuse. If analytics or customer-support integrations are enabled, they may process information for their stated purposes. Where applicable law requires a legal basis or consent, those requirements continue to apply.

AI processing and other service providers

In live generation mode, the server uploads your selected person photos and a reference clip to PolarisCore, then submits a Seedance task. Hosted file download links are bearer links and may remain available under the provider's retention rules. Local replay-verification mode uses the previously generated test clips and does not send a paid generation request or reprocess new photos.

Hosting, database, object-storage, login, email and payment providers process the information needed for their configured functions. Only integrations enabled for this deployment are used. Configured operator notification channels may also receive selected account, order or support details needed to alert the operator. Providers may process information outside your country. Their retention, safeguards and applicable processing terms may differ from ours.

Private dance media

Dance photos and completed dance videos are stored in private storage: the local data directory during local testing and private object storage when configured. Their application routes require sign-in and ownership checks. They are not copied into the public concept gallery. Source photos and provider download links are kept out of browser configuration. Uploaded photos become eligible for scheduled deletion seven days after upload; cleanup retries on failure and may take longer. This schedule does not delete completed videos or data held by providers.

Cookies, preferences and attribution

We use cookies or browser storage for sessions, language, appearance and, when enabled, cookie choices. Referral and campaign cookies may be retained for up to 30 days; attribution saved to an account is stored separately with its records. Optional analytics, advertising and support widgets may use additional technologies when configured. A cookie-choice control is shown when enabled; browser settings also allow you to manage cookies. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in or other functions.

Retention and security

Account, task, support and transaction records are retained while needed to provide the service, handle disputes, protect against abuse or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Completed videos have no fixed automatic deletion schedule. Provider result links may expire independently, so download completed videos promptly.

Access controls and credential protections help protect service records, but no system is risk-free. Removing a task reference does not by itself remove an image from object storage or a provider's systems. A deletion request may require separate actions and may be subject to lawful retention or backup limitations.

Your choices and requests

You can edit supported profile fields in account settings. To request access, correction, a copy of your information, deletion or another right available under applicable law, open a support ticket. We may verify your identity before acting. The current interface does not provide one-click account deletion or a complete self-service data export.

We do not sell your uploaded content or account records as a product. This statement does not replace any rights you may have under applicable privacy law. If you believe information about a minor or unauthorized person has been submitted, contact support with the relevant task details.

Age, changes and contact

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older, or the age of legal majority where higher. Images of identifiable people require their permission, and the generator requires confirmation that they are adults.

We will update this page and its date when this policy changes. Material changes may also be communicated through the service where appropriate or required. Privacy requests and questions can be submitted through support or support@transmission5danceai.org.
